User data
By signing into our services, the Platform may share and store parts of your profile information to authenticate you. A Moofer Account will be stored when signing up.
Moofer Account
If you sign up for Moofer, personal information will be stored on the Platform's servers.
If you are signed up for Moofer, the following information may be recorded during the use of the app:
Personal data, including but not limited to name and email
Vehicle data, including but not limited to vehicle name, battery status and settings
Ride data, including but not limited to vehicle speed, battery percentage and distance traveled
Location data
The app does not store your GPS location data, except on the user's device. Location data is not shared.
Data privacy
If you sign up for a Moofer Account, parts of your profile information data may be visible to others.
We do not sell any user data with third parties in order to protect your privacy.
Background usage
The app requires the device's background activity permission for features such as Ride Tracking, which actively use Bluetooth in the background.
Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
If you are under the age of 13, you are obligated to ask parental permission befoer using our platform or its services.
If you think that your child provided information to our service without permission, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove this information.
Data deletion request
If you wish to remove your profile from Moofer's servers, you can do that via the Moofer app or by contacting support@moofer.app.
